Amtul Rahman Ahmad, MD
Dr. Amtul Rehman Ahmad earned her medical degree from FJMU Lahore and MD in USA. She trained at Columbia Univ. New York in Pediatrics. She retired from Alameda County Medical Center California as a Medical director and lead physician. She has served as Chief medical officer and Chief of Pediatrics for six years. She served at State Medical Society Wisconsin for six years as president of county med society and chair.
She is a certified teacher on Alfurqan and is doing a Waqfe Arzi under TAQWA program for the past 13 years. She teaches Tarteel, Translation, Tafseer and Arabic Grammar in Urdu and English. For the past two years she has been teaching Nasirat and Atfal split word translation of the Holy Quran in English with story style explanations. She feels passionate about explaining the concepts of the Holy Quran with scientific perspective to inspire the youth as their first step into the world of Quran and science! She recently completed the English Translation of the book written by her late Waqf e Zindagi Father, Alhaj Maulana Sheikh Naseer-ud-din Ahmad, titled "The First Step in Arabic Grammar”. She is currently serving as the National Taleem Secretary for Lajna Ima’Illah USA in which she has been assigned the responsibility of directing Research and writing as well. She is the Author of "My gut feeling Pediatrics" a book on pediatrics.
